In respect to the User's access to AI Growth Technologies located at growthtech.ai (the "Site"), which is owned and administered by AI Growth Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), this Terms of Service Arrangement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between the Company and you (the "User").

6. Cancelation

Anytime the User wants to stop using the Service, they can do it themselves right in their account or by emailing the Company at Support@growthtech.ai. However, the User must inform the Company of their intention to cancel at least seven (7) days before the next billing date in order to stop the next billing cycle from occurring. Any fees paid in connection with the Service will be regarded as non-refundable, and the Company under no circumstances grants refunds (whether partial or full).

7. General Restrictions of Use

1. The User agrees not to use the paid Service provided by the subscription for commercial purposes, including reproduction, online or offline sharing, resale, or remanufacturing.

2. The Company offers the User a restricted license to access and make personal use of the Site. Downloading or otherwise altering the Site (or any portion of it) is not permitted without the Company's prior written approval. This license forbids the use of data mining, robots, or other similar data gathering, reverse engineering, and extraction tools, as well as the sale, publication, or commercial use of the Site or its contents. 5. The Company's permission or license is terminated by any unlawful use. The right to link to the Site is granted to the User on a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive basis so long as the link does not inaccurately, untruthfully, defamatory, or otherwise violate the rights of any party.

8. User Account

In order to use specific features and/or the Service, the User may create an account on the Site (the "User Account"). The User is entirely responsible for all activities that take place under the User Account and may not permit anyone else to use the specific User Account with which the User is associated. The User is also responsible for protecting the privacy of the username and password that they choose during the registration process.

The User Agrees To:

1. Notify the Company right away if you discover any unauthorized use of your user account or any other security lapse.

2. Make sure the user always logs out of their user account at the end of each session. The User's breach of this clause will not subject the Company to liability for any loss or harm. To prevent others from being able to read or record the username, password, and/or other personal information associated with the User Account, the User should exercise extra caution while logging into the User Account from a public or shared computer.

9. User Acknowledgements

The User agrees and acknowledges the following:

1. The User must be eighteen (18) years of age in order to access the Site and use the Service.

2. Before making any investments, the User should seek independent advice; no information given by the Company through the Site should be interpreted as "Investment Advice."

3. Any money utilized for trading and investing should be considered a risky investment because a loss could exceed the amount initially put up.

7. The User agrees to the subscription fees based on their chosen subscription paid on a monthly or annual basis. the User acknowledges this subscription fee is non-refundable. If the User chooses, the User can cancel their subscription prior to the next due date to avoid being charged. The User can also upgrade their subscription by contacting the Company by email.

10. Intellectual Property, Copyright, Linking Policy and Trademarks

The Site contains content that is owned by the Company or its content providers and is thus protected by international copyright laws. This content includes text, graphics, logos, button icons, pictures, audio clips, data compilations, business models, and software. The Site could include or make reference to trademarks, patents, copyrighted content, trade secrets, technology, goods, or services, as well as other exclusive property owned by the Company and/or third parties. Any ideas, concepts, know-how, content, or techniques in the Communications may be used by the Company in any way, including but not limited to the creation, manufacturing, and marketing of goods and services using such information.

12. Limited Liability

The company shall not be liable to the user or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to this agreement, the site, any service offered by the company, or any content on the site relating to the forecasting of the performance of any security. The User understands and agrees that all information provided by the website is for educational purposes only and not as financial advice.
